How does Aelira handle enterprise-scale document volumes?
Aelira's CLI supports bulk directory scanning. Institution plans use durable job queues and a defined Processing Unit allowance sized from the accepted corpus benchmark. Dedicated and high-availability cloud options can include a contractual SLA in the order form.
What about security and compliance certifications?
SOC 2 Type II certification has not been established here. Evaluate the deployment architecture, data flows, retention, encryption, and contractual controls with your security team. A self-hosted configuration also needs egress, log, cache, and backup review.
Can we integrate Aelira with our existing systems?
Aelira Core exposes integration interfaces, but connector maturity varies. Canvas has maintainer-reported integration testing; Brightspace is beta, Blackboard and Moodle are experimental, and Google and Microsoft need acceptance checks. Scope any other connector as custom work in writing.
How quickly can we deploy Aelira enterprise-wide?
Timeline depends on permissions, security review, content inventory, and acceptance criteria. Agree a bounded pilot and a deployment plan before estimating an institutional rollout.
What if we have unique compliance requirements?
